Jane Fall to Lead Our Saviour Center

After wonderful Rex Botengan’s announcement of his stepping down this summer as Executive Director of Our Saviour Center after twenty-five years on the staff, the last four+ years—by my appointment—as E.D., a time of prayerful consideration of OSC’s future has concluded with my decision to pass the leadership to yet another “member of the family of COS.”  Jane Menendez Fall brings a wealth of gifts to the ministry, among those most important gifts being her participation in the life and prayer of the parish. She is a faithful member of the 8am Sunday Eucharist as well as a participant for many years in a small group bible study that meets in Peg Bradley’s office at 9am every Sunday.  She has served on the Vestry for the last three years, chairing both Newcomers’ Ministry and the Hospitality Committee and serving as one of the Leaders of the Strategic Plan process.  In her year-and-a-half journey from corporate America to the world of non-profit management, Jane has assisted Our Saviour Center with the grant-writing process.  These “COS-family” qualifications combined with the skills that Jane brings from her decades of employment as Manager and Regional Manager, the latter for a $24B global corporation, as well as her people skills demonstrated among us at COS as well as on the Board of the Junior League of Pasadena make her an ideal Executive Director for OSC.  Congratulations, welcome, and God bless you, Jane.
