OUR SAVIOUR CENTER SPOTLIGHT: Food Pantry seeks Easter donations

Updated: Mar 7

The cost of food is increasing due to inflation, and more people are turning to food pantries like Our Saviour Center’s for help. At the same time, supply-chain issues are causing a reduction in food donations from grocery stores to charitable organizations like food banks, resulting in a higher demand for food assistance but fewer supplies. This creates an especially challenging situation for those in need.

If you would like to help Our Saviour Center’s Food Pantry, please consider donating money, food, or your time as a volunteer. To learn more about our services, please visit https://www.our-center.org.

With Easter just around the corner, now is an excellent time to consider those who may not be able to enjoy an Easter dinner due to food insecurity. Those who wish to support OSC with a monetary donation are invited to click on https://www.our-center.org/donate, which will redirect you to a secure PayPal page.

Our Saviour Center staff will also be on the patio at Church of Our Saviour on March 10th, 17th, and 24th after the Sunday morning services.

We also invite you to visit us! The Food Pantry at Our Saviour Center is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. Our address is 4368 Santa Anita Ave., El Monte, 91731. Thank you to all for your past and ongoing support.
