Our Saviour Center is currently preparing for our Easter food distribution, to be held this year on April 17th. Many individual donors are moved to think about food insecurity during the Christmas holidays. Our Easter distribution serves as a reminder that food insecurity is an issue year-round. Last year, we were able to distribute more than 460 hams to our community members, providing them with a warm meal to celebrate Easter.
Our Saviour Center staff will be on Church of Our Saviour’s patio to offer more information about the Food Pantry and our Easter food distribution. We will be there after the 8 am and 10 am Sunday services in the weeks leading up to Easter, and invite you to come say hello!
The Food Pantry at Our Saviour Center is located at 4368 Santa Anita Avenue in El Monte. We are open every Tuesday and Thursday, and every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 9 am to 12 pm.
