How can we thank God enough for you in return for all the joy that we feel before our God because of you? - 1 Thessalonians 3:9-13
In his letter to the Thessalonians, Paul’s gratitude and joy emanate from the faithfulness and love he observes within the community. Connected by friendship and encompassed by the holy spirit, Paul’s joy reflects a church community where people from every background live as one family, bound by faith and love in Christ. As we begin the season of Advent, the staff and clergy of Church of Our Saviour find ourselves echoing Paul’s words with gratitude and joy for all of you.
